At the ready
This internal photography campaign shifted perceptions within the defence force (Navy, Army, Air Force) for members with part-time service patterns. Typically, the stigma within defence was that part time members weren’t as committed/tough as full timers. To demonstrate the importance of flexible work, we showed a side of members that otherwise would not be seen. This was executed via a series of candid lifestyle scenes, which showed members using their time and defence skills to improve other parts of their life.
